           No purchase is necessary to enter to win. Transaction, test drive, or any other consideration will not increase chances of winning.


  1. Sponsor: The Rath Automotive “Big-Ath $10k Summer Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rath Automotive, with the following participating business locations:
  • Rath Auto Resources, 4515 Towson Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72901
  • Rath Mitsubishi, 3558 S Thompson Street, Springdale, AR 72764
  1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri, are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and possess a valid U.S. Government-issued photo identification. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) of Rath Automotive, its advertising agencies, or any entities involved in the development, production, or implementation of the Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win. 
  1. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes entry period begins on July 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM Central Standard Time ("CST") and ends on July 31, 2026, at 6:00 PM CST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. 
  1. How to Enter: Visit any participating Rath Automotive dealership location during normal business hours within the Entry Period and completely fill out an official paper entry form with your legal first and last name, valid phone number, and email address, and drop it into the designated entry box. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in all entries from that individual being disqualified. 
  1. Winner Selection: 
  • The Grand Prize drawing will take place on August 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST at Rath Auto Resources, 4515 Towson Avenue, Fort Smith, AR. The drawing will be streamed on Facebook Live. Entrants do not need to be watching the live broadcast to win. 
  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries combined from both dealership locations. 
  • The selected winner will be contacted via the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. 

     

  1. Claiming Your Prize: The selected potential winner must physically visit a designated Rath Automotive dealership location within seven (7) business days of the initial notification attempt. The winner must personally present a valid U.S government-issued photo ID matching the entry form and complete all required tax documentation (IRS Form W-9).
  1. Forfeiture: If the potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to physically appear to claim the prize within seven (7) business days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
